When the fee applies
An event is free if it has at most 25 seats and its tickets can bring in at most CHF/EUR 1,000 (seats × ticket price). If either is higher, AcroSpot takes 3 % of every ticket, from the first one.

Card payments run through Stripe. Stripe’s fee is passed on to the organizer at Stripe’s standard rate, without markup, and shown separately.

Voluntary support
Organizers and participants can support AcroSpot with 1 % of the ticket price (at least CHF/EUR 1). Completely optional.
Questions
- What counts as planned revenue?
- The seats you put on sale times the ticket price, as if the event sells out. With several ticket types, the most expensive ones count first. It is checked whenever a ticket is sold, so it follows changes to seats and prices.
- And tickets paid in cash at the event?
- For events above the limits they count too: 3 % of the seats on sale for them times their price, invoiced after the event.
- Are Stripe’s card fees included?
- No. Stripe’s fee goes to Stripe, not to AcroSpot. It is passed on at Stripe’s standard rate and shown separately in the ticket form.
- Do participants pay a booking fee?
- No. Participants pay the ticket price set by the organizer. Support for AcroSpot is voluntary.
- Which currencies?
- Tickets are sold in CHF or EUR. Amounts on this page are the same number in both currencies.
